This page is for everyone — check the schedule, see who’s involved and what’s on. Stallholders can apply via the forms below. Markets, music, food vans, the Dalmeny Run Club dash, community groups and more—right here in Dalmeny. Bring your friends, grab a coffee, and soak up the summer vibes.

There’s plenty for families too! Kids can enjoy face painting, bauble decorating, mountain bike fun, and the Dalmeny Fun Run. It’s a full day of colour, laughter and coastal community spirit.

Christmas Photos

Intrigue Photography will be capturing the sparkle of Dalmeny’s Christmas spirit all day long. Pop by their festive setup for your free community photo — additional high‑res images can be purchased afterwards. Perfect for holiday cards, gifts, or just a sunny memory of the day. 📸🎄

Puppy Fashion Parade

Calling all goodest boys and girls! Dress your pup in beachy, festive or creative flair and join our Puppy Fashion Parade. It’s free to enter, friendly dogs on leads only, and there are prizes for Best Dressed, Best Duet (Owner + Dog) and Crowd Favourite. Pre‑register below to skip the queue on the day.

  • Food vendors — food trucks, BBQs, treats (local food safety compliance required)

Key details (stall sizes, fees, power, etc.)
  • Site size: Standard 3×3 m (BYO marquee & weights). Larger sites by request.
  • Insurance: Current $20M Public Liability required (upload link below).
  • Power: Limited powered sites for approved vendors. Bring tested & tagged leads.
  • Food safety: Food vendors must meet NSW Health & Council requirements.
  • Waste: Please minimise packaging; remove your waste at pack‑down.
  • Wet / windy weather: The event is outdoors. We’ll communicate any changes via email & socials.
  • Fees & key dates: TBC – will be shown on each form once finalised.
Bump‑in & bump‑out
  • Bump‑in window: 7:30–9:30 am (vehicles off‑site by 9:30 am).
  • Bump‑out: From 2:00 pm once site is declared open for vehicles by the site manager.
  • Please bring suitable marquee weights (no pegs if ground conditions or underground services restrict it).

Terms & Conditions
  • All participants must comply with directions from event staff and safety officers.
  • Marquees must be secured with adequate weights at all times.
  • Trading hours are 10:00 am–2:00 pm unless otherwise directed.
  • Site allocation and access instructions will be emailed prior to the event.
  • Refunds/cancellations policy will be outlined on each application form.

FAQs

Is there parking nearby?

Yes—street parking is available. Please follow signage and staff instructions. Vendor parking details will be emailed before the event.

What should I bring as a stallholder?

Marquee with weights, tables, display fixtures, float/card reader, extension leads (if powered), water, sunscreen, and big smiles.

Is the event dog‑friendly?

Yes, well‑behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Please clean up after your pup.
