At Sandy Souls Surf Shop, we’re known for our coffee, coastal vibes, and unique Dalmeny-inspired treasures. But beneath the sun and sand lies something deeper — a story rooted in natural health, purpose, and the belief that soulful living starts with how we care for ourselves and our planet.

I’m Felicity — Naturopath, well-being facilitator, and founder of Sandy Souls.

Before this little coastal store came to life, I spent and still do, over two decades working with individuals, schools, and communities across New South Wales and the ACT. My work centred on helping people reconnect with their bodies, their minds, and the natural world around them — through a holistic approach that honoured nutrition, emotional wellbeing, and the power of intentional living.

Naturopathy is more than herbs and supplements — it’s a philosophy of living.

At its heart, Naturopathy is about:

  • Supporting the body’s innate healing abilities with natural tools

I work with both children and adults, supporting everything from chronic stress and digestive issues to behavioural challenges, learning support, and emotional regulation — using tools like wholefood nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle education, and neuro-linguistic techniques to promote deep, sustainable wellbeing.
